Seller was deceptive, claiming item was new, but it was clearly used/refurbished.
It was supposed to be NEW, in an unopened box. Instead I received what was clearly a refurb. It arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging, no manual. Upon inspection I could see the units (ordered 2ea) were actually different, with one coming with a set of different colored ear inserts (clearly from a different 5200 model. I felt I was deceived by the seller. I was expecting new (the units were priced as new (only a few dollars less than Amazon) instead I got used.
