It works better than CPAP.
I'v been trying many sleep aid devices but this is the only one that worked really well for me. I was diagnosed with servere OSA. It stayed in the mouth for the whole night. Other devices fell out of the mouth in the first hour of use. I gladly recommend this device to any one with OSA. By using this device, i dont use CPAP.
