Contacted seller who replied immediately and posted a replacement lid with next day delivery. Was also a little sceptical as the carboy was also dented and creased during transit too, but everything holding ok and no leaks so far. I think the packaging could be upgraded but overall I am very happy with quality, price and customer service.

Or so they say. Item returned to seller, damaged. I contacted the seller, who sent me out a replacement item, by Royal Mail, the replacement arrived, the following day, it's condition, was perfect. Great value for money. It's why I keep buying from this seller. Appearance, is just what it say's it is. The seller & myself, where let down by the Courier, Evri.

I let the seller know and said I'd be patient, but off their own backs they sent me a replacement package via Royal Mail which arrived 2 days later. Both EVRI and EBay have the first package marked as delivered but it has never arrived, and no proof of delivery is available via EVRI, which says it all. FIRST CLASS service from the seller, but please use Royal Mail !
