Daily hydration with health benefits.
Electrolytes, I originally purchased to assist with bladder leaks. Discovered it really eliminates the need to get up during the night so frequently. A Godsend for seniors.

Leave-in Paul MItchell Tea Tree Hair & Body Moisturizer
The best moisturizer for dry, curly hair. I have been using this product for several years with PM Tea Tree Lavender Moisturizing Shampoo and Crème Rinse. My hair is thick, course, dry and curly and these products manage it well as I air day and scrunch it into shape. There's no better hair treatment than Paul Mitchell, and I've tried them all.
