Not Robust, no support provided. Though has good screen quality and is light.

Suddenly the unit failed, couldn't power up though the screen touch buttons would light up. this is after 2years of service, tried to get intouch with Xsross, but I never got any support. It has frequest crashing where you have to reset for it to reboot.
