Do the twist
You need to be careful. For dough hooks the twist should be opposite righ vs left hook.

Just one thing
2 of 2 found this helpful It seems well put together. But a noticed the the wood top is not fully protected by the metal piece that sticks out above the screen that allows the heat to blow into the room. I think that over time this will cause fading to the finish.
