Good Value
The product came as promised - and was a good value for the price. I would have preferred the updated cut of the DVD - but that oversight is on me.

Good Price and Design for Desired Features
This is my second purchase of this model. The flat bar at the top can help reduce tire splash if you don't have a fender. The torsional spring is occasionally useful - especially if you suddenly find yourself needing just a little extra secure cargo hauling. I should note that if you do have fenders, there will likely be an interference between the fender stays and the cargo rack vertical members - as such, you will need to install the cargo rack outside of the fenders, which will reduce the stated cargo capacity.
