great insight into yesterdays and today's business world.
A must read book for any business or manager who is struggling with customer acquisition and retention. The book (written in 2007) gives names and examples of major corporations, and organizations. It is interesting to compare what was written 13 years ago vs. what is occurring in today's' business world. Well worth the reading.
