  The item was listed as BRAND NEW, a paper back book. It’s binding and one-third of the the pages were torn threw. I contacted the seller immediately, and even provided him/her with plausible excuse that it was “in delivery”, yet never heard a response. I went through my trash to get the mailer that the book was mailed in, and there were NO TEARS OR NO BENDS to the mailer, so apparently the book was mailed in the condition that I received it. Pictures were made for documentation. No response

  Read reviews that were posted a few days after ordering that the items are fake!!! Not real Pop Mart products!!! I contacted the seller and no response. I tried to cancel my orders and got rejected. Then I never received my item and no tracking information!!! I contacted them a second time and no response. Poor communication, apparently fake items, and didn't receive what I ordered. Beware!

  Seller sold me a knock off Pop Mart Labubu. Contacted seller but they chose not to respond. They item is an obvious knock off from the box not having a pull strip to open and obvious misspelling on the tag of the Labubu, PORMAPT instead of POPMART. Please do not waste your time or money with this seller.
