  I was surprised to see a nice box delivered, then I was amazed that my purchase was carefully and beautifully put into a clear bag to look like a present and to possibly protect from water damage and a beautiful pink bow and a thank you sticker! The purchase itself was wrapped into a soft paper with care and purse was placed into a dust bag. Well, this qualifies for a boutique shopping experience! I could applause and say this is the BEST ebay seller! As described. Thank you!

  Shipping was a little off, packaging could’ve been better, only because, if you the buyer are not home it’s left on the front stoop. Potential theft. Item is as described, and worth the money spent. My wife loved the gift! Thank you! I’d definitely buy from seller again in the future.

  I am so sorry U.S.P.S. let you down, I mailed the package on the day of the payment and that was the best I could do, I can't control the speed the mail service delivers and I really feel bad about that. I packaged the bag in 2 layers of 3.2 mil plastic bags that should have protected them in any kind of weather. I am very happy that your wife loves the bag and so happy we were able to work things out. I appreciate your purchase, just wish it had arrived earlier. Merry Christmas to you !
