Came bricked as far as software goes with user and passwords of seller who is refusing to provide all needed to access machine to make changes. Nothing but problems getting this notebook setup for my use because of the seller's inaccurate listing and refusal to cooperate. Extremely dissatisfied with product received and seller's refusal to provide needed information, information needed due to seller's own actions.
