Appropriate kit for this speaker
It did fit Infinity Reference 3 speaker. Only the foam surround of the mid range driver needed replacement but the larger 8 inch surround will fit the woofer. The old glue and plastic retaining ring was surprisingly difficult to remove. I used alcohol but perhaps lacquer thinner would have softened the old glue more quickly. The new glue required 5-10 minutes to adhere the new surround and it was tricky to get just the right amount of glue down so was no large excess.

Add some Cals reel washer grease to the new washers.
The washers do fit the Penn Mag 10 reel. What is not obvious is that the fourth smaller washer does not match the red fiber washer that comes originally on the reel and goes under the main gear on the shaft.
