Not good, especially avoid if you need a mouse wheel or middle mouse button.

The left and right mouse clicks are okay.
The optic laser is overly sensitive, and while it can be fixed slightly by adjusting mouse sensitivity, it still feels extremely loose and difficult to control.
The mouse wheel is difficult to scroll up and down unless you grip the side of the mouse wheel with your finger and spin it on the wheel's sides. It also breaks extremely easily, becoming completely unresponsive to the wheel movement.
The middle mouse click is excessively sensitive and far too easy to click without meaning to.
If you don't mind not needing a middle mouse button/wheel that can be used, then it would be a decent enough mouse.

The old reliable.
Yes, it's old fashioned. Yes it's nothing fancy. But it is still amazing and incredibly reliable.
The construction is solid, it's basically the old Game Boy brick for a wired USB optic mouse. This is the type of mouse that can handle heavy use and keep on going with no problems for years. Also like an old Game Boy, you can tell how new it is by how yellow it is. The more yellow, the more old and used it is.
The clicks aren't loud, but are loud enough to just barely hear, and the mouse gives great tactile feedback upon clicking. The mouse wheel is responsive, easy to move-with just enough grip to keep it from feeling loose. The middle mouse button is firm, but not too firm-just right.
The laser component tracks perfectly. Not too fast, not too slow, and dead on for accuracy. Feel free to adjust the mouse sensitivity-it'll still be just as accurate.
They don't make them like this anymore. The mice nowadays are expendable, engineered to fall apart easily after a set amount of use. This thing was made to be good and made to last.
