Get it!!!

Get it!!!! Start it slowly.... If you did not do dips for a while, then you need to obtain the flexibility of your shoulder. Take it EASY. No rush. Always stretch before doing dips. After few weeks you'll feel more control. NOW, you do not need screws. The things is solid stable when you do dips. It's easy removable. Get some cotton bag to carry it around (if you go camping or something). But, if you plan to do more advanced stuff (like standing upside down), then put screws in place. Peace.... :)))

It's a very good cable modem. Buy it!!!

I like this cable modem. It has the same speed as the one I rented from Comcast (SB5200). NOTE: if you're a Comcast customer, you would need to call Comcast first to register this modem. Do not forget to press a switch button on the top of the modem (in case if your green lights are OFF). Also, when I turn OFF my computer or put it in the "Stand By" mode, I push the modem's ON/OFF switch to turn it OFF. This enables my Internet connection to be active when I turn ON my PC the next day. Buy it!!!
