Brass Powder Problem.

The fuel bowl leaked gas through the air intake. Dismantled the float assembly and found very fine brass powder in the brass seat and on the float piston. Carefully cleaned it with a cotton swab soaked with gun cleaning oil, several times. Old generator now runs and sounds much better and has less fuel consumption. Still needed replaced. Will clean next one myself before installing.
