The book brought back memories of my tour at NKP.
I bought this book because I was stationed at NKP, Apr 69-Apr 70, and flew with the 606th SOS as a flare kicker. My primary job was Intel Debriefer in the TUOC.
The book brought back a lot of memories of my time there and especially the people I worked with and flew with. That said, there were too many inaccuracies for me, such as being at 12,000 feet when crossing the Mekong, or his description of 57mm (they actually took like 37mm in passing gear), and finally that the jets were on the same fuel line. The book did capture a general feel of NKP and flying FAC/Flare missions with the 606th SOS
