Works as well as any seam guide that attaches by screws.
With its magnetic base, you may set it for any hem size. No cons for me. Works very well.

Perfect replacement!
I replaced my original earpads after one pad split and the other one started to flake ofo the plastic covering. These replacement pads fit perfectly and are not able to tell the difference from the factory replacements which are fice times higher in price.
