Active or passive? Great DI box. TERRIBLE BATTERY ACCESS
For its size, it would make great use for an "on the go" pedalboard rig. It feels like a sturdy, light, brick and functions like any other DI box. The only problem I faced with this product, since I don't have the 16.5 volt adapter, was with changing out the 9-volt battery. It was tedious for me being used to the pop in pop out method normal pedals I have. Other than that, go buy one with the power supply, and THEN you'll be cooking with grease, it's worth the change.

This guy is a mini
I find the only nuisance being when I hold this over my condenser when I speak. Yes it's small, yes it works, and yes I'm now using it thoroughly... but I sure wish there was a stand for it
