Less effective than expected

Nice unit - charged fast, ergonomically comfortable, easy change tips, nice suction. Just no more effective than manually dragging the extractor tool across my skin after a shower to push the white goo out of my pores. Didn’t pull any of the little golden cores, so had to go back with extractor tool. Have only used once; deserves another try or two but I doubt I’ll keep the gadget - have had for a week n only tried once, vs I use the Clarisonic in each shower. Hope this helps buyers :)
