"Vintage" means ya gotta work on it to make it right...
Product had some rust as advertised. Did not receive instructions as advertised, but no biggie. Had to blacksmith one of the wheels to free it up (bent frame). Had to oil everything. One swivel is still a little funky - I'll have to uninstall to work on it. But it all pretty much works now. I'm satisfied. 3 stars is about right.

The right solution for my Pearl ride Tom bracket!
Bought this to replace a missing lock screw on an OLD Pearl ride tom mount. Did the trick! FYI it’s M8x1.25 thread. The description doesn’t say. I took a chance and it WORKED! Woohoo!
