Ignore the pasta recipe...it does NOT work.
The product is terrific, but the pasta recipe included in the product operation manual is the pits. Not nearly enough moisture.
I agree with the above review. The dough is way too firm and very difficult to feed thru the rollers. I use 5 cups flour, 2 eggs and one-half cup water, and that works just fine.
