Happy I found this product!
I was so glad I found this product on ebay! I have used it for years but it has been discontinued by the company!

It is a good book in my opinion.
It appears that it is a very informative book on real estate apprasial. There is some writing and some "choice" words that the owner had written.It is very simple to understand.I am a real estate broker and I do broker price opinions on properties,so this will be a great help in this aspect.

Fantastic is the best way to describe it!
I was very close to Vestal & Howard and I try to get everything I can that they recorded or wrote! They were two of the most precious people I ever knew. The tape is great with Vestal singing the older hymns that are not sung very much anymore. Of course, my car has a cassette player so it worked out great!
