The chip needs to be programmed or better yet use the old chip!
1 of 1 found this helpful This key fob requires the key to be cut and the chip to be programmed for your vehicle which may cost over $200. I watched a YouTube video on how to take the chip and key out of an old fob and install them into a new fob. It takes a little work getting the old chip out but I did it and now it works great.
