Good quality.
Quality set. The balls are durable and the numbers are encased in clear plastic so it should last a long time.

Presidential Dollar Set - a good investment
1 of 1 found this helpful The 2007 presidential dollar set is the first of a ten year program and there were some mint production errors. The eight coins of our first four presidents minted at P & D are still sealed which increases their value. There is also a brief statement about each president along with the Certificate of Authenticity. I like the fact that it is original and unopened. The mystery of whether I received one of the error coins will remain for awhile as I will not open it. I bought it because I wanted to get all of the presidential sets and failed to buy the initial set when it was released so it was ebay time. I bought more than one so I can open one for enjoyment and save another for the error mystery and/or investment to resell maybe when the program ends. They are beautiful - you can see the sides, not the edges where the errors were, of the coins. A fun thing to have for sure.

Awesome Book - Easy to read. Excellent photos. Covers absolutely everything you want to know.
I’m an old guy in my 70’s and don’t do very many reviews. However, this book, which I really didn’t think I needed, has inspired me. Most gardeners my age pretty much think they have encountered it all and hesitate to go to a book for help. However, Mr. Sperry’s radio chat about chapter two convinced me that I needed the monthly calendar of things to do.
The book begins with basics. I thought I could skip that but it is so full of the little stuff that you need to know as the year goes by and is very helpful. Chapter two is a month by month guide of what everybody needs to do each month. It is definitely worth the price of the book. It includes a plant of the month, planting & pruning guides along with troubleshooting tips.
I’m not going to summarize each chapter but they are extremely thorough. There are 17 pages on trees, 38 pages on shrubs, 27 pages on lawns and chapters on groundcovers, vines, annuals, perennials, fruits and vegetables.
Many of the things that make the book so special are the “garden tips” and “FAQ’s scattered throughout the book. The book is filled with charts on trees, shrubs, wildflowers, annuals, perennials, vines, etc. listing height, width, color, sun/shade and more covering just about everything you could want to know about a plant.
It is easy to understand and the pictures are excellent in quality and support the text. This book, in my opinion, is the perfect gardening book. You don’t need another source if you have this. It is organized perfectly, easy to read, understand and thoroughly covers every subject.
I have I have purchased a book for my youngest son, one for me, and another for my neighbor across the street (who really needs it).
One word describes it perfectly – awesome.
