Great real book without gimmicks. I learned lots and was super happy 2read

I was looking for more authentic writing on the subject and more of what Kundalini is. The writer has searched lots of books and gives a through discussion of each one. You get many opinions from different gurus. It is a great book for those wishing to learn more from great teachers. Competing ideas are giving and reader can decided objectively from others. This book was however published in the 1970s so no new information is given. This does not lesson the teachings although.
