Icelandic Conversations (4 CDs/Book) by Audio Forum - *NEW in BOX*

Total waste of money!
I bought this in preparation for an upcoming trip to Iceland… I figured it would be your standard language course on CD, where they tell you phrases in English, and then walk you through how to say them in Icelandic… Absolutely not the case! The dialogue is 100% in Icelandic, and it expects you to use a workbook which is not very well written. It is also very old, with the CDs referencing to “rewind your tape cassette to review the sentence again“. I haven’t been this disappointed with a product purchase in a long time! Caveat emptor!

Panic Attacks? What are those again?
This book gave me some simple techniques for overcoming panic that are almost too simple to believe. Within the first few days of reading it my anxiety level dropped significantly and I haven't had a full blown panic attack since. This book is a must read for all those who suffer from an anxiety disorder. I used to be afraid of so many things, now I go out wherever I want and I'm looking into a career as a police officer. I simply cannot tell you how much this book has helped me. This book will change your life (if you suffer from anxiety).

A great read for anyone struggling to understand why they do what they do, and how to create better habits.
A very easily readable, and very informative look into how the brain functions in relation to performance, addiction, and habit forming. Highly recommended for anyone looking to better understand themselves and to program their brains for optimal success. Not such a good book for deprogramming (breaking bad habits) but I have yet to find a good book for that... at least this one helps you to understand why breaking bad habits is such a difficult task; it's a country back road to new/good actions, and an 8 lane super highway to ingrained/bad habits/actions. The key says Coyle is to not develop the bad habits in the first place, but rather develop good ones which will then be harder to break and will allow you to run on autopilot in a good way. Great read!
