    There's something seriously wrong w/ this woman. She's lying & unfairly slandering me. (I've almost 5K positive feedbacks!) Mistakenly sent a wrong goblet similar to one she ordered. I IMMEDIATELY apologized PROFUSELY, immediately accepted return & refunded ALL her money w/o getting my goblet back. This Harriet is acting crazy (all caps?!) I was very kind during and AFTER the sale, so much so she expressed interest in coming to my home to buy silver items. I feel deeply hurt by her cruelty.
