Pretty good tart
I've searched everywhere for a tart "ice cream" yogurt and this is the only one I could find. I made it in my home ice cream machine and it turned out pretty good. It has more of an "icy" consistency than smooth and creamy like at a shop so I think I'll try milk or add yogurt on my next try. I followed a Dole mix recipe since a home version of this wasn't available and mixed 1 1/8 cup mix to 3 1/2 cups water together. Stirred in a mixing bowl until dissolved and then put in my machine. I also added more lemon juice so then the flavor was pretty spot on.
