Highly recommended for the avid gym goer!!
2 of 2 found this helpful Firstly, I was sceptical about buying this, but i really wanted to track my sleep and my weight loss journey, so I bought this watch.
Compared it to the fitbit blaze and all other smart watches in its price range, this watch is great value for what you get and the battery life (lasting about 5-6 days)!
i use it predominantly for weight strength training and HITT workouts and its fantastic. obviously it does track heart rate as accurate as a chest strap would, but it is very close. The great news is, you CAN connect a chest strap to it!!
Customisable watch faces makes it even better, with vibrant colour and the screen is always well lit and easy to see in the sun.
connects well to the MyFittnessPal app
Highly recommend this fitness watch, but only if your serious about fitness and health!

I use it for my DC snowboarding pants. Works like a charm. Good hooks to grab the pants
