Probably the most well packaged item I have every received in my life. Seller mentioned an issue with one of the products (bought two) PRIOR to shipping and offered to remove it from the order or provide an additional credit. This felt like top tier service. I took the credit. Was extremely appreciative of the communication beforehand! Very fast shipping too. Amazing seller - I HIGHLY recommend purchasing anything from them.

The seller had packed the unit very well to prevent shipping damage. The case was a little scratched, and the Firmware was not up-to-date, but the first item is merely cosmetic, and the second was easily addressed once the unit was connected. The unit arrived on-time, it works just fine and the cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied!!! Thanks for a great transaction.
