  Seller said this scope was new in the box with all components and paper work. It was not the battery was missing, paperwork was missing and there slight damage to the lighted reticle dial! I was trying to get in touch with the seller for 10 days and he will not return my messages and wanted to make this right so I would not have to leave negative feedback

  FALSE. I responded in an attempt to address his trivial concerns. BEWARE. Buyer initially Attempted to make deal with me Outside of eBay. In my correspondence with him I was clear stating "I do not do deals outside of eBay" It was only after he attempted to make a deal Outside of eBay did he "buy it now" my product
