Terrible service! Very little communication only if I’ve asked a question. No follow up trying to help. No eBay communication. Ordered 500 x 9hr tea light candles but received 400 x 9hr & 200 I think 2 hr!! None were smokeless as per advertisement. Couldn’t print out return label. I tried half a dozen times over a few days so delivered myself to Campbellfield address. Ray said he’ll refund but I’m still waiting nearly a month after return. Really hard with no communication from eBay too!! 🤬

Avoid this seller. I paid more than item was worth for express delivery. Only coming from Victoria to NSW. Over 2 weeks later when I hadn’t received and tracking didn’t work, I sent a message to the seller. Initially they replied quickly and asked for order number which I supplied and then no further communication from seller. It finally arrived after 3 weeks, I don’t consider this express delivery! I would never buy from this seller again and if I could give no stars for review, I would.

Sent incorrect item. When contacting seller they requested I keep item for a partial refund. When I said no due to the fact id be paying for something I wouldn’t use, they ceased all contact. Had to open case with eBay and even then they didn’t respond to eBay. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I did get a full refund from eBay but that had nothing to do with seller.
