Restores blunt shears perfectly
The perfect product for sharpening garden shears of all types. You'll need to secure it firmly to a horizontal or vertical surface (I screwed mine to a block of wood that I can then grip in work bench vice). Use it regularly to keep the blades in perfect condition.

Just what I needed but...
...you have to ignore the instructions, they don't match the components but you can't really go wrong.

Could do better!
I know you get what you pay for, but this is an inferior product. The ground anchor isn't long enough to actually do the job, or a third or fourth prong may be an improvement. The main shaft is too thin and flimsy and the joints too poor, so the whole thing bends in the slightest of wind. The finishing paint is very poor, such that it goes rusty within the first week. Not a great product I'm afraid.
