It works okay
I had a hard time finding the right code for the tv. It doesn't always turn the tv on when it has been off for a few hours. Using the tv remote to turn the tv on and the Tivo remote after that works fine. It will also turn the tv on and off if it isn't 30 minutes or so for the tv off

Do not like the color
The color is very peculiar.
