Full power batteries

Bought these to replace worn out batteries on my Makita drill/ driver. Shops want £50 each for replacements but these are a larger capacity than the originals and cost just over £16 each , which is a massive saving. I was originally concerned that they might not hold a charge or may overheat when charging but so far my concerns are not founded. I have been using the drill as a screwdriver and have been using 3" (75mm) screws without any problem. The batteries are lasting as long as I would expect considering the size of screws I am putting in and they seem to be improving in performance with each recharge. In summary, great value for money, excellent performance and good battery life under considerable strain. Would recommend to anyone.

Good workhorse

I bought this item to replace one with a broken clutch. I already had the batteries so all I needed was the drill body. I am a carpenter by trade and my original drill has been used most weeks for the past two and a half years but using it to screw in over 700, 3 and 4 inch screws finally wore it out. This new unit is exactly the same model number as my old one and is brand new. I cannot find fault with this item, the chuck is a one hand operation and can hold drills as small as 2mm. The motor is sufficiently powerful to turn a 100mm x 5mm screw completely into softwood without a pilot hole. The hammer action is adequate for most building materials but you will need a bigger drill for hard bricks and concrete. I was going to replace the gearbox but the cost of the unit plus postage brings the price up to buying this complete unit. Taking everything into consideration this is a very good tool for its size and it can take a lot of punishment.

Good looking watch

Quite a chunky watch but light and comfortable to wear. I Like the dial with luminous hands and the winder is big enough to wind the watch easily. Good time keeper, I have had this watch for a couple of months and I have not had to correct the time. The strap is of reasonable quality and should last some time if not worn all day every day. My only gripe is that it is not at all water resistant let alone waterproof to 100m as indicated on the dial. Overall it is a good watch and very good value for the price. If you do have a problem don't hesitate to contact the seller as I had a problem with another watch from this company and they offered an immediate refund, so buy with confidence.
