  Seller offered, and the photo showed, packages of 4 boxes of 30 OcuSoft pads each, which seller described as a total of 120 pads per package. I ordered 2 packages and paid 2 shipping charges. I have received only 1 envelope and it held only 2 boxes, a total of 60 pads. I have contacted seller, who now says I “should receive 2 pieces in a package.” In addition, seller doesn’t explain why I received only 1 envelope. So I have received only 2 of the 8 boxes I paid for, only 60 of the 240 pads.

  I explained this to you: you placed 2 orders for 1 pack each, totaling 2 packs, which you received. You ordered 2 shipments for $11.99 each and paid a total of $23.98. If you wanted 2 orders of 4 packs, you needed to select 4 packs, which cost $37. I’m sorry that you couldn’t figure this out. In the future, I recommend contacting the seller if you have any questions to ensure your satisfaction. I completed my work 100% correctly.

  Received exactly the item described, pictured, and I wanted. It arrived well packaged for protection and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. I then noticed where it shipped from when I received the package. This eBay entrepreneur had to be on their game to get this in and on its way in the parcel delivery system.
