  seller did not accurately describe the item & i received a card that was much more damaged than what was visible in the listed photos. they knowingly sent me improper instructions for the return process so that it would benefit the seller’s account / maintain their credibility but unjustifiably penalized me for return costs.

  The seller said they were going to ship the item on a specific date, and they did not. Then they ignored my messages when I asked about it further. They made a shipping label but UPS never received the package.
