Bow Trainer Strength Training for Archers (poly wrap)

Bow trainer

I was having pain in my right shoulder after a white water rafting experience. My shoulder hurt to the point that it would wake me if were laying the wrong way. I practiced with a compound bow shooting targets with a friend. I was worried when we started that it would make my shoulder hurt worse but instead my shoulder felt much better. I have been using the bow trainer for more than a year now. I still have some problems with my shoulder but not near what was going on. Plus you get the strength training. This is my second one, I left the first one along with some weights in a condo. It cost less to buy a new one than have the old one and weights shipped to me.
