  Everything was as described, phone works well so far, it’s only been a couple days. Shipping was average time, some concern on the shipping materials. The phone was shipped in a pretty flimsy box and only padding for the phone was a thin bubble wrap pocket. Expected a sturdier box with more padding for a $600 phone.

  I actually ended up declining delivery due to needing the cancel the item. I wanted to write a 5 star review for the seller though given how they handled it. I ordered and then needed to cancel which I felt terrible about but the seller handled it extremely Professionally like I was dealing with apple themselves. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future, they gave me the suggestion to decline the delivery which saved me the return delivery fee and then they refunded me promptly.

  phone was in beautiful condition, at original factory settings. Arrived in 4 days in a nondescript box and was left on my doorstep. thank God it was not stolen! For such a high-priced item, you would think it should require a signature? But at any rate, I got it and am thrilled with it! Trustworthy seller!
