    Bad seller--they won't respond to messages, nor will they take accountability for their own mistakes; they will instead act as though it's your fault that they poorly packaged your order and it arrived damaged, or that they described it wrong. It's a shame because the seller often has good inventory, but their customer service is abysmal.

    I purchased a microscope which was mailed in very short time, but when it arrived the heavy scope had shifted in the box and a crucial $90 part was broken. I contacted direct-liquidate and offered to pay half the cost of the part if they would pay the other half. They responded quickly and sent the refund. I would do business with direct-liquidate again if I get the chance. They acted in good faith.

    I'm disappointed with this seller. I bought a monitor advertised with a power supply, but when it arrived, it was the wrong one. The seller refused the return, and eBay couldn't help me either. Now I'm the sad owner of a monitor that won't turn on. Now the seller won't answer my messages.

    Honesty matters, the unit did arrive without a power supply. We shipped a power supply to the buyer and he was not satisfied. We told him to open a return, instead the buyer keeps the item and takes to eBay's wonderful feedback program. When a an unhappy buyer refuses to return an item, it means they got the item at a good price, it works, they have no intention of ever returning, just an attempt to see how much money they can extort.
