Heat.good/ massage is just vibrate/ insides move
I’ve had item 2 weeks. The massage cylinders inside that are at the shoulders somehow moved and ended up at the bottom in an uneven position. In fact the whole internals shifted and bunched and now I have a big internal lump/ fold at the bottom. I tried to feel it through the outside and move it back to where it should be but it’s hard to do without breaking open a seam.. I forced the vibrating cylinders back up near the shoulders but the innards are still lumpy and out of place. They are also not secure and will shift again unless I open it up and stitch it back in place. What a pain! After the heat times out I often have to unplug it to get it to reset. Overall it is kinda a bummer. When it works it works well. Albeit in a bunchy uneven way.

Beautiful collar
Very pretty & well made leather collar. Size did not fit my dog. Was too small. But otherwise looked very nice and good quality
