A great reference tool with timeless principals
Frazelles book are a great reference tool for any supply chain manager, packed full of useful tools and insights that enable people to understand the numerous variables involved in supply chain and how to make insightful data based decisions
20 years after these books were written and they are still 100% relevant, granted some of the technology has moved on a long way since this was written; but the underlying principals are still valid
I'm currently using some of the insights gained from this book and applying them to a global omni channel retail company to drive better customer experience and lower costs
A must have for any serious supply chain professional
