This worked well for me.
One of the great features is that you can control multiple garage door openers from the single key pad , with unique key codes for each.
Just be sure to spend some time to read and understand the instructions.
During programming you may have to press the enter a number of times before the lights on the opener flash indicating success. This is required as there are multiple openers and each time you press enter it tries the setup for a different opener type.

Plug and Play
Product was a perfect fit for the failed motor. Just remove the old one and install the new one. New one fit perfectly , and works great.
