    it didnt work and came in a bag, not a box. they recommended some fixes but none that would fix the old, old camera being shipped in a bag LOL

    Hey there. I offered the troubleshooting as it worked perfectly when it left here. I would have taken it back if it was damaged in transit! The issues you had did not seem like it was transit based. After you accepted the troubleshooting, and said it was fine, then closed the return request, I assumed we had figured it out! The negative feedback is a surprise to me! I am still willing to take this item back if you reply to my requests. Sorry there was trouble! Willing to work it out.
