Replaced an old module
I had several X10 devices on my electric grid and they died one after another, this type of module in most cases. I still have one spot where I am using it and bought module when original one went belly up. This module does the job as promised, but not forever; X10 was cleverly designed system but quality was not it's strength.

Use silicone grease
Once you remove the old cartridge, installation is as simple as pushing new cartridge in place. Remember to have silicone grease at hand to lubricate the cartridge throughout before placing it - it will thank you with smooth operation and extended life. No leaks. Longevity will show.
