Damaged upon arrival, improper packaging was re-taped during shipping, no padding for protection while being shipped, wand broke off gun/cheap metal
Title say it all except for even the inner plastic wrapping had been re-taped to hold the broken off wand to one of the lances. The adjustable lance, when turned, will not lock into any position, the tension spring just makes it roll back to wide open. Look at pics and I have a video of the adjustable head rolling/rotating back to wide open.

Only gives up to 4hrs of game time
Only gives up to 4hrs of game time not up to 18th hrs, as mentioned in the item description. Will not hold a charge overnight. Must recharge every 4 hrs. This is a defect in the manufacturing process. I have Rayovac AA rechargeable batteries (4 yrs. old) that last 2 weeks, with 4 - 5 hrs. of game play a day. ( does not loose charge overnight ). This charging set does not work as stated, defective. Sticking with Rayovac.
