Midsomer Murders Series 19 Part 1 NEW DVD

Usual midsomer murder situation with the handsome John Nettles (Bergerac). He was in A Family at War, 1971, which I was repeated 2018/2019 on TV.

Bought because one episode is centred around Henley Regatta and there are plenty of shots of the river at Henley. One of the actors featured is Diana Quick. It is of interest to me as I live in the area.

Good examples of various folk art from USA/europe. Good for a beginner upwards.

Good video to accompany book of the same name. Useful to see author/painter actually doing the brush strokes and examples of her work patterns/ and painted items. There is a DVD the same as the video, although I have had no luck tracking this down, so bought the video. I would recommend the book and if you can get hold of the DVD, even better .

Book covers various world styles of folk art painting. Of interest to try various styles of folk art.

Book features many different world styles of folk art painting. Attractive colours and designs. Good designs and colour illustrations of brushstrokes and techniques. How to prepare surfaces etc. I think there are designs that would be of interest to many to paint. Designs vary from brides box, furniture, german, dutch hinderloopen, norwegian, russian, canal barge rose painting., florals etc. Some whimsical designs. Interesting book worth buying at a reasonable price. I had not seen this book on offer before. Would recommend.
