Firmness
Little too firm as when I first get up and look in mirror I have red spots from the points but they go away soon.

Not good
The kit brackets (a lot them) do not line up with holes in bumper. Either the bumper holes are wrong or the plastic pieces are wrong. Plastic is too brittle and when I tried to hit with my hand the plastic broke. the old ones were more flexible. The bumper looks fine but the company that builds the bumper and/or the plastic parts need to work together better.

Good product needs update. If updated I would buy another.
I use this to heat a rental house that is not occupied and it does a great job. But! With all of the memory circuits available you would think they would include one in this product. If there is a power interuption the heater does not go back to the settings and thus in cold weather there is a freeze problem or if away from your home the heat will not be on.
