Not worth the bucks
A good starter kit for someone who doesn’t want a continued interest in this field .
This is a very poor , cheap attempt at an advanced biological microscope set.
Although the actual base of the microscope is made from cheap composite metal; the working parts are all plastic. Even down to the sample slides, resulting in the fact they bend when samples are placed between them.
I bought this for my daughter upon starting high school and started to show an interest in biology. 1 week after purchase and the inevitable breaking of the cheaper components, I am left buying a second (more robust and durable) set.
In summary do not bother saving a few £££ buying this, you’ll end up buying twice.
