SACD is still alive and kicking
AM 60 years old and just now discovering super audio cd which came out in 1999 this format sound awesome, why better than standard cds, but i like both, but sacd is number one, i have heard music in dolby atmos and it sounds great too but after hearing super audio cd I prefer direct stream digital audio better, it sound more analog like than digital

rush the dts hd master audio is mix perfectly
1 of 1 found this helpful the audio mixes on this blu-ray disc sound a whole lot better than the mixes on the other rush pure audio disc blu -ray, they sound good to but this one was mix right, the dts hd master audio is the winner here it brought new life to the music of rush and will make you feel as though you are in the studio and the world of rush, i wish a farewell to kings and signals dts hd master audio sounded the same on those disc but they also included dolby true hd, maybe this is why the dts hd master audio sounded so good on this blu-ray disc, only space for the dts hd master audio and the high quality pcm tracks, am only using the three front speaker no surround speakers i like to keep the music up front, the video may not look like blu-ray disc quality but that wont matter after you hear the dts hd master audio, i also have the dvd audio version of moving pictures to, but the blu-ray dts hd master audio is the champion
